"Vi hadde et supert opphold i the Treehouse i Mammoth. Passer godt for flere familier som ferierer i lag. Meget god standard, rent og pent og godt vedlikeholdt. Huset ligger midt i Mammoth sentrum, perfekt beliggenhet vinterstid, på sommerstid går det gratis shuttlebuss til aktivitetssenteret der en gondolheis tar deg til toppen av Mammoth Mountain (anbefales), også klatre- og sykkelpark mv. Man kan også ta shuttlebussen videre inn til fine turområder (Devils Postpile, Rainbow Falls). Kjøretid til Mono Lake er en halvtime, til Yosemite nasjonalpark tar det en drøy time. Mange fine fjellturer i området, både for barnefamilier og for fjellvante voksne. ------------------------------------ We had a great stay at the Treehouse in Mammoth . Suitable for multiple families vacationing together. Excellent accomodations , nice and clean and well maintained. The house is situated in Mammoth center, perfect location in winter , in summer there is a free shuttle bus to the activity centers. The gondola will take you to the top of Mammoth Mountain ( recommended) , also climbing and bike park etc. One can also take the shuttle bus to the surrounding areas of significance ( Devils Postpile , Rainbow Falls, etc ) . Driving to Mono Lake is a half hour to Yosemite National Park , it takes over an hour. Lots of nice hiking in the area, both for families and for mountain familiar adults. "
