"We just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time. There were 4 of us here: myself, my husband Todd, son Taylor (6) and my mother Sara. It snowed about 6 inches overnight--everything is covered and it is beautiful outside. My son enjoyed all the amenities you provided--especially the Harry Potter game. I have always stayed i hotels when we visited the Great Smoky Mountains, but you have converted us to chalet dwellers for sure! You have provided all the comforts of home and then some. We hope to stay here again in September when my father will be able to make the trip."
