"We stayed at this condo the last week of April 2006 and were very pleased. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and very clean. It was very spacious and has a gorgeous view off of the balcony - which is large. The entire complex was well kept and quiet. There was construction going on as they are expanding and tennis courts were not built yet - but I couldn't complain about anything. The beach is very close by and gorgeous - you could either walk or drive - there is free public parking almost every block - but it would take less than 5 minutes to walk. Condo is located off the busy streets so it is quiet, but still very close to everything. (Walmart superstore is just up the street) It is approx 15 min. drive into Myrtle Beach - 10 min. to Barefoot Landing - 12 Min. to outlet shopping - but everything is same direction - all off 1 main road and there is a lot even right near condo. There are tons of golf courses and restaurants. Being able to cook many of our own meals in fully equipped kitchen made it cost effective. I would recommend staying at this condo - you will not be disappointed. This is a 5 star property in my books."
