"This home easily accommodated our family's 6 adults and 5 children. There was room for each family to have their own sleeping/bathing areas. The kitchen easily allowed multiple users with its double sinks, double dishwashers, double refrigerators, etc. Even having double washers/dryers proved very useful with our large group. The beds were very comfortable as was the furniture throughout the house. Having the pool and hot tub really extended relaxation time for all - especially for the parents of toddlers who needed naps. The front lanai was a cool and quiet spot to read or surf the internet in the afternoon. Though there are some signs of daily wear and a few minor repairs needed, the overall experience was top notch. We would definitely stay here again. The on-site manager was always helpful and prompt in responding to any inquiries. He made sure we knew that he was available anytime to solve problems or provide information. And to that point, he readily came out on short notice one evening when there was a problem with the spa and got things up and running quickly. He also met us at the house when we arrived and went over the cooling systems, remotes, and pool/spa information and provided detailed information on places to see and places to eat. The owner was very thorough in providing details on the house and check-in process. She always responded to email inquiries within an hour or two. The information provided the week before our arrival was unusually complete and a great resource during our stay. It was a real pleasure to plan a trip with someone who provided such prompt and detailed responses. Communications with both the owner and the property manager provided a strong sense that we were a priority and that it was important to them that we had a good vacation - and we did."
