"This harbor view apartment was uninhabitable due to planned exterior maintenance on building just below our apartment. Extreme noise beginning a 9 AM. Debra of Picture Properties claimed NOT to know about the planned maintenance. PLEASE! We were offered a city view apartment (more spacious, but no view worth looking at.) which we took. We were offered a chance to move back into the harbor view apartment when the outside maintenance was completed. So I guess Debra suddenly got clairvoyant about the timing of the long ongoing scheduled work. We did NOT want to have to move again and stayed in the city view apartment. Not a bad stay overall, but VERY DECEPTIVE marketing practice. Shame on you...."
