"Served its need by providing comfortable beds and room for visiting. Dining table was in an odd location and hard for many people to sit at - to allow passage from kitchen to living room it's pushed up against the wall most of the time and is a bit of a bear to move. House is lived-in feeling - not sparkling clean, but adequate. For winter visits, heating tends to flow to the attic, which gets oppressively hot. Exhaust fan is too noisy to keep on at night. Kitchen was well stocked."
