"(Casa Santana) Dear Deb and Jord - We absolutely LOVED our stay in Lisbon! The apartment was perfect for our needs. Although we are admittedly tourists, it felt as if we had our very own little apartment in the Rossio. The neighborhood is terrific -- centrally located, ample access to transporation, fine dining, sidewalk cafes and that "local feeling" when taking an evening stroll after a good meal. Off to the Algarve! Thanks again. p.s.-And by the way -- I am an American of Portuguese descent and I NOW understand why I drive the way that I do. It's genetic and not my fault. I'm so relieved.. REALLY I thought I had a serious problem. I can now quit therapy (I think). Somebody say, "WOO HOO0!" I should-a come to Portugal sooner. :)"
