"This comment is long overdue. We stayed at the Victorian Rose from June 17 through June 21 of 2009 for our wedding in nearby Alta on June 20. There were 7 of us and it saved us a lot of money and hassle to stay with the Victorian Rose instead of renting out a bunch of rooms at a hotel. The house was absolutely charming! There was a definite energy about the house that was unmistakable from the minute we walked in. We would definitely recommend this home away from home to anyone who might travel to this part of the world. Catherine was very interested in our comfort and was always only a phone call away if anything was needed and even called a couple of times to see how everything was going for us. We even had a small bachelor/bachelorette get together with our traveling companions in the hot tub. I sicerely hope that we get the chance to use this place once again."
