"We celebrated Christmas in paradise and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views are breathtaking- the unit is right on the water and the spacious patio is perfect for having a cool cocktail while taking in the gorgeous sunset! The condo is very tastefully decorated, modern, and comfortable with all of the extras you need to enjoy your stay. The housekeeper was friendly and professional. The building itself is extremely clean, well-maintained, and very secure. We worked out every day in the fitness center and also used the pool, the steam rooms, and of course, the private beach. "I stayed at unit # B-5 for a few days in December. The Cliff is only a year old and is in a great location. It's convenient to anything that you want to do on St Maarten. It's a gated building right on Cupecoy with 24 hour security and a concierge desk in the lobby. B-5 is on the 5th floor and just has terrific views. It has a very large balcony that overlooks the Caribbean, and you can also look down the shoreline toward Maho. I don't think that the view gets better than this. The unit has everything that you would need. It doesn't matter if you spend 3 days or 3 weeks, you can be totally comfortable there.
