"I stayed at unit # B-5 for a few days in December. The Cliff is only a year old and is in a great location. It's convenient to anything that you want to do on St Maarten. It's a gated building right on Cupecoy with 24 hour security and a concierge desk in the lobby. B-5 is on the 5th floor and just has terrific views. It has a very large balcony that overlooks the Caribbean, and you can also look down the shoreline toward Maho. I don't think that the view gets better than this. The unit has everything that you would need. It doesn't matter if you spend 3 days or 3 weeks, you can be totally comfortable there. I really liked it a lot and I would also recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale location to spend time."
