"We really enjoyed this condo near Stagecoach Lodge, Heavenly Valley, South Lake Tahoe. The view out the master bedroom toward Minden was fantastic! The condo was exactly as advertised on the Homeaway site. The whirlpool tub was perfect for after a long run. (we were there for the Lake Tahoe Marathon weekend. It was in a great location for getting to the ski hills or town as the ad said. I had to replace the battery in a smoke detector (they had spares) and buy a cpl batteries for the thermostat. Minor issues, could happen anywhere. As mentioned by other guests, the exterior stairs combined with the altitude were a bit of a challenge for people not in the best shape. I would definitely recommend this condo as a wonderful place to stay while in the South Lake Tahoe area."
