"We had 5 adults and the space was suitable. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to prepare meals each day. The living room was tight and the furniture was not really comfortable. We spent more time in our rooms than together. The views were great! I knew that there were many stairs to get to the property a head of time so we were prepared for that. I was also prepared from another review that we had to do dishes. What I wasn't prepared for was the emotional stress of having to have the property almost cleaner than we came and go through the checklist of what I was going to get charged for, digging out 2 cars from 3 ft of snow, make sure I had packed everything and leave before 11am. I am not sure if it is a VRBO thing or an owner thing, but it put a really bitter taste in my mouth that there were little notes throughout the property on all of the things that you must and must not do. I still feel like I am going to get charged for something but will not find out up to 7 days after checkout. They took all of this time to post all the notes, but did not have a welcome package to reference. I had to go to my email and find the 8 page of rules, that had the wifi code on my tiny phone screen and the code was 15-20 characters. It took us 2 days to figure out where the hot tub was..... I could have really enjoyed my time if I didn't have the pressure of making sure I was complying to all the rules and if I had a welcome packet with the 8 pages of rules to reference, a Heavenly Ski map, list of restaurants, map of the area, and a list of local activities. Otherwise, It was great to ski the amazing powder at Heavenly!!"
