Great location to go boating, kayaking, & crabbing! Just 7 blocks from the Manchester beach park and boat launch, (Pomeroy Beach & Port of Manchester). Sound View home is a short 30 minute ferry ride to west Seattle via the South worth ferry.
From Port Orchard, you may easily get to many popular destination areas of the greater Puget Sound. Nearby areas include Seattle, ( 30 min by direct Southworth ferry route), 15 min drive to Gig Harbor, 20 minutes to Tacoma, 10 to 15 minute drive to Bremerton, Silverdale, 30 min to Poulsbo, and a number of popular destinations along the Hood Canal and on the peninsula.

Floor plan details: 4 + bedrooms & 5th queen bed in rec room, 2nd living room (2 bedrooms upstairs on main floor, 2 downstairs ground level.)

4 Queen sized beds, (actually, one is a king size in master suite. A another single daybed may be set up per request to accommodate a total of 9.)
Wi-Fi and Netflix is provided for television and internet.
Parking: Detached Garage is not included in rental, however there is ample parking.
Please note there is a separate owner's cottage on the property, (off driveway and adjacent to the detached garage, also not included and sometimes in use, depending on the dates.)
Outdoor amenities include a camp fire area with contained fire pit, badmitton set up, and enough room to set up tents for the kids on a warm summer night.(tents not provided).
Nearby activities: Manchester State Park is 2 miles away, is known for scuba diving, hiking. trails, and breathtaking sound views. Great golf courses are in the nearby area, restaurants, weekend farmers market, numerous local events and summer activities.
