Refundable 250. damage deposit: This covers basic clean up IF not performed and any small incidentals such as broken dishes. Insurance charge of $49 is separate and covers large items, appliances, windows, etc. Having both damage deposit & insurance fee, keeps cost to guest down.
Owner's cancellation policy:
50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
