At the day of arrival, we will meet you at the apartment to sign the rental contract agreement. Show you the apartment, provide you with a cell phone and go over the apartment inventory and answer any questions you might have. When you sign the rental agreement you will also sign a copy of the inventory. A security deposit for a full months rent is required once the rental agreement and apartment inventory has been completed.
Please add 10% occupancy tax to all rates.
