Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms At the day of arrival, we will meet you at the apartment to sign the rental contract agreement. Show you the apartment, provide you with a cell phone and go over the apartment inventory and answer any questions you might have. When you sign the rental agreement you will also sign a copy of the inventory. A security deposit for a full months rent is required once the rental agreement and apartment inventory has been completed.
