"Great place!! Newly renovated, very spacious for large groups and minutes from downtown North Conway. This was our second time staying at the townhouse for our yearly trip to North Conway and the whole group was happy, 8 adults and 7 kids. "We rented the condo for a weekend of skiing in December. There were 5 families with young children and we had a great time. The condo is very spacious and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The kids loved the pool table room and the separate living room area upstairs. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and basic condiments. We have rented other properties where there wasn't even dish soap available, so this was a big plus. The open concept space worked great for a large group of people and we loved relaxing by the big stone fireplace after a day of skiing. The discounted tickets for the water park that the owner offered us were a hit with the kids and the grown ups loved how close the condo was to the mountain. "Great place!. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! Spacious, tastefully decorated and well-equipped, it had literally everything we could think of, and even more. A tea kettle was a very special thing for us as we've always brought our own, and the pool table was a lot of fun. The owners even set a Christmas tree for us - very nice touch indeed, and we're grateful! The location is great - very close to Cranmore with everything it has to offer. We could see the illumination of the mountain at nights from our windows - what a festive sight! The discounted water park tickets were a huge plus -- we all went (and we had people from 15-75 years old in our party!) and everyone had a blast! "This is our second year to have a family gathering in New Hampshire. The condo suits our needs perfectly. It's large and accommodating and a great location for various activities in the area. "We rented this property for a weekend in mid-September. We were 3 families, all with kids, and we visited the Conway Scenic Railroad and Story Land. The house was great; had everything we needed and there was plenty of room to both get together for meals and conversation, and to get away from each other when necessary. The area is quiet and convenient to everything. The property was just as advertised, and then some. Renting was made easy by Nate, and he even ordered sunny weather for us!! "Had a great time during our weekend stay here. Had 14 people 6 kids and 8 aduts, plenty of space and sleeping wasnt a problem. So close to Kahuna Laguna (for the kids) and the center of town (for the shopping mommies). "We spent a wonderful, long weekend here. The condo was conveniently located and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. Sliding doors, bedding, furniture had been recently updated. The 3 full and one half baths complimented the number of bedrooms so there was very little sharing necessary. Bedrooms were nicely divided among each floor so you didn't feel as if you were on top of one another.
