"Our family had a wonderful time at Cluck's Cabin! Such a beautiful, sunny, immaculate home, so comfortable and inviting. Jen and Tom were very generous with surprises for us upon check-in, so helpful in answering our questions, and providing suggestions/information for things to do in the area. Along with everything else, we will miss waking up to that spectacular view from the big picture window every morning!" - Lynn B., 02/22/2020 (inquire/book) "My family and I loved our stay at Clucks Cabin. When we arrived we had a homemade blueberry banana bread waiting for us also fresh eggs from The owners chickens. Delicious! The mountain view from the porch was beautiful. The place was super clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again." - Lisa E., 08/30/2019 (inquire/book) "Very clean cottage close to the mountains. Not really private as there are neighbours behind and the road in front is travelled by others in the community (joggers/dog walkers/cars etc) but overall very quiet and peaceful with a very nice view of some mountains. The owners left fresh eggs and a nice loaf for us, plus the cupboards have all the essentials you would need if you cooked etc (we did very little) pots, pans, spices etc. The a/c, water pressure and hot water was all great. The king bed could use an update (noisy whenever someone moved) but the linens were all clean. There was a fire pit by the road which was great, and a bbq & folding chairs (we did not use). They had wifi and some channels which was also nice. If we had better sleeps would have easily given it a 5/5 and the owners correspondence was very good, they even invited us over to meet their chickens and goats!" - Michelle J., Canada, 07/06/2019 (inquire/book) "I honestly don't know where to start. I'm having a difficult time putting into words just how wonderful every single aspect of this beautiful vacation was! Tom & Jen.. spectacular, kind, thoughtful & professional. it was such a pleasure! This cabin/house is so much more than expected. It was obsessively clean and organized. Fully stocked with items that you would have at home. pots, pan, utensils, dishes, silverware, tv, dvd player, movies, games, towels and things easily forgotten. like spices. well done! This was by far the BEST house we have ever rented and we rent yearly. We will definitely be back again. We can't wait to return. The location is perfect. So close to many attractions. We went tubing down the Saco River and we even visited Clark's Trading Post and Story land. The location of the cabin is private and woodsy. Wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee on the beautiful large deck while looking at the mountain view right in front of you. I really can't say enough about this cabin, it's location and most importantly, Tom & Jen. Thank you so much for everything. For the amazing blueberry banana bread upon our immediate arrival, the fresh eggs and just being there to answer our questions and provide suggestions. THANK YOU!!!" - Kimberly C., 08/08/2017 (inquire/book) So glad you enjoyed the Cabin and all that the Mount Washington Valley and Lakes Regions have to offer! Look forward to seeing you again soon
"Cluck's cabin was exactly as owners stated. Beautiful views, very clean, and everything you would need for your stay, Just like home, Jen and Tom are there if you need them. Highly recommend this awesome place to stay and we will be back!!!" - Robert D., 10/15/2016 (inquire/book) "Quiet, relaxing cabin snuggled in the trees with beautiful mountain view." - Linda D., 08/01/2016 (inquire/book) "Cluck's Cabin was exactly what my family was looking for in a vacation house! It was so refreshingly clean and comfortable. The owners seemed to anticipate our every need, and the house was provided with many things I hadn't even thought to pack. The welcome blueberry-banana bread and note gave it a nice personal touch. We enjoyed the use of the private beach at the lake, which was shallow enough far enough out that we felt comfortable even with our little ones playing in it. We loved it and would definitely stay here again if we vacation in this area again, which we hope to do some day!" - Jennifer W., 07/05/2016 (inquire/book) "This cabin has and is everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Lakes Region. It's quiet and peaceful, yet easy access to whatever you want to do and anything you may need. Moving from Texas to New Hampshire, we had a week of transition time before we were scheduled to close on our house. In need of temporary housing that could accommodate our four-legged kids without breaking the bank, I felt very fortunate to find Cluck's Cabin. It was exactly what we needed, exactly when we needed it. Jen and Tom were AWESOME. The cabin was so clean and well-stocked (including some delicious homemade bread), we didn't have the need for a single thing, but I have no doubt they would have taken care of any issue/need immediately. They were very responsive to questions/requests prior to us making a reservation and then once our reservation was secure, they were both friendly and flexible. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Ossipee area, you've found it!" - Linda S., 05/23/2016 (inquire/book) "My partner and I rented the cabin for 3 months while we were building our house. We LOVED the property! It has everything that you need. We felt right at home without having our own belongings. The neighborhood the house is located is very quite and is a treat to walk. I came across several animals and beautiful views on my ventures. The cabin is located in a great location if you want to experience different areas of New Hampshire. It is 25 minutes to North Conway and 25 minutes to Wolfeboro. I mean lakes or mountains within 30 minutes, who needs anything more from a vacation. There are several restaurants within the area, or with all the amenities they provide you can cook at home and enjoy the property. I highly recommend this property. You cannot go wrong! Thanks Tom and Jenn" - Leigh S., 05/22/2016 (inquire/book) "If you are looking for a place that is priced right, in a good location and has everything you need, this is the place for you! We stayed for 8 nights and had the best time. It had every amenity that we needed. The location is great because it is close to Wolfeboro and North Conway. Jennifer and Tom were both very attentive to all our questions and requests! I would highly recommend this home! Very clean!" - Leigh S., 10/30/2015 (inquire/book) "This cabin was a great alternative for our family as opposed to a hotel. We traveled to the area with two children, and a German Shepherd recently for a Storyland visit. Cabin was easy to find. Shortly after our arrival we were greeted by the owner Tom. He brought us an outstanding banana/blueberry bread which we enjoyed. Then we watched the sunset from the porch. ( incredible view) There are plenty of food options, and stores close if you need food, or forgot to pack something. Owner was also available for any questions, or needs that we had. We all enjoyed our stay, and are planning on staying here again." - Michael P., 09/26/2015 (inquire/book) "Our only regret is not having more time to enjoy the cabin. But for the time we did spend there, it surpassed our needs and wishes. We all slept comfortably and there were more than enough amenities to prepare our meals. The cabin is clean and in a very quiet setting with an amazing view. We recommend Hobbs Tavern if you want a nice dinner out. I would not hesitate to return." - Bryan P., Central CT, 09/21/2015 (inquire/book) "We stayed for 9 nights for a family vacation and wedding. We were greeted with a lovely note and gift as well as a delicious blueberry banana bread. The cabin was perfect-everything you need for a home away from home. A very well equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, movies, etc, exactly how it is listed. Everything was well maintained, neat, and clean. The front windows and spacious deck have an amazing view and the yard was great for the kids. Very peaceful and quiet no matter the time of day. Jen and Tom were great and very easy to work with-always quick to respond to questions and so friendly. They had lots of good tips for places to see, etc. As our kids are small, we went to Santa's Village, StoryLand, Conway Scenic Railroad, Silver Lake Railroad, and White Lake State Park. All good takes and the kids enjoyed them all, especially since most people were back to school for the year, so there were really no lines or crowds anywhere-a great time to get away if you can do it. Cluck's was recommended to us by family members and it lived up to everything they raved about. We will definitely recommend it to others going to the area! We will be back next time we vacation in NH for sure!" - Lynnette T., 09/17/2015 (inquire/book) "No surprises! It truly is as equipped as it says it is, neat and cleaned (down to the dusting) and the owners Tom and Jen are very sweet, friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed with a nice letter, gift and home baked loaf of blueberry banana bread that tastes amazing. The cabin has a very peaceful view of mountains and wilderness all around. We did get to see a mama and baby deer eating in the woods in front of the home, a turkey taking a walk down the street and at the lake we saw a bald eagle flying by. Tom and Jen have done an amazing job keeping their home neat, clean and well stocked for all guest to be relaxed as if they were in their own home. Thanx for making our stay Amazing." - Nicole N., 09/02/2015 (inquire/book) "The cabin was very clean and well-kept. All amenities, including washer / dryer are available. Beautiful waterfalls and scenery very close by." - Keith O., 07/11/2015 (inquire/book) "The cabin is perfect for a great NH getaway. All the amenities one could ask for are right at your fingertips. The house is well stocked with linens, towels, plates, cups, cleaning supplies, etc. It is truly a home away from home. Our group arrived Thursday night and stayed till Sunday morning for the 92nd annual Laconia Bike Week Rally and have found our new place to stay for the event. Already can't wait for next years event! Tom and Jennifer truly take great care of the property and have a genuine interest in their guests comfort. The place is spotless and kept to a very high standard. Communication with the owners was great and I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering it. Thanks again for a fabulous stay and a great memorable trip. PS. The view of the mountains is unbeatable, the yard is huge and well maintained. Jen & Tom are awesome. They went out of there way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable from beginning to end! There was fresh Banana Bread on the table when we arrived and Tom was just a phone call away if we needed anything. All linens, towels, pans etc. Are provided which is a big plus! Central AC in all rooms and lots of windows to,let the mountain air in! Will definitely stay again!" - Chris D., 08/15/2014 (inquire/book) "Our stay in the cabin was terrific. Jen and Tom maintain it beautifully and are gracious and helpful. The home-made bread made us feel welcomed. The cabin is very well stocked, roomy, clean, and comfortable. The mountain view changed by the hour at times with the light and weather. As a photographer, this was definitely a plus. We loved being nestled in the woods. The location is also a plus being minutes away from restaurants. It is quiet, pristine and perfect. The only thing we would hope for is more time to spend there! We enjoyed our visit and will return. Lizi and Tim Ward Louisiana" - Lizi W., 08/15/2014 (inquire/book) "We were five friends staying at Cluck's for a weekend hike to Mount Washington, and it was a perfect base. We arrived late on Friday and Tom and Jen had left lights on and fresh bread for us. The place was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed a post-hike BBQ and fire. We had bought firewood but found that they had also left us plenty of firewood and a fire pit stocked with kindling! I could not have asked for a better setup -- highly recommend." - Matthew L., 06/19/2014 (inquire/book) "Another stay a clucks cabins as we were greeted with homemade fresh bread and a smiling host. Our friend had an issue with his snowmobile and Tom helped to fix it. As always the place is clean, the people are wonderful and we will be back again! There is no better place to stay in the Ossipee region! The Hasche Family Westford, MA" - Sherry H., 03/28/2014 (inquire/book) "Clucks Cabins was by far one of the best places we have stayed. The owners have thought of every ammenity you could need. The place is clean, cozy and has amazing views. The area is close to local attractions and you can snowmobile right off the property. We will definately be returning next year for longer and more numerous stays. We have been telling everyone we know about this property and would encourage anyone to stay in it a it is a hidden gem. We have stayed at local hotels and bread and breakfast in the area. We will be using Clucks Cabins instead definately a step above. Sherry and Bob Hasche Westford MA" - Sherry H., 03/08/2014 (inquire/book) "Just an ideal place. The owners Tom and Jen exude professionalism while displaying a family attitude. Great cabin. Clean, warm and comfortable. Internet and directv. Fully functional kitchen. Quiet am semi-private. Tom even plowed the road and driveway and sent his kids over to clean snow off my car as I was leaving on the tail end of a blizzard. I have rented this property several times and it is 1st rate." - Robert G., Eureka, Ca, 01/13/2014 (inquire/book) "Last minute decision to getaway, with our Harley's, for a 3 day weekend in New Hampshire. Cluck's Cabin was perfect! Clean, cozy and quiet. The property had plenty of room to park our truck and trailer, and 4 bikes! Plus the added fire pit in the front yard, with the mountain view after a long day of riding was very relaxing! Definitely booking again for this September.....thank you Jen and Tom!" - Heidi J., South Orleans, MA, 01/09/2014 (inquire/book) "Once again we had a wonderful stay at Cluck's Cabin! Our favorite place to stay in the mountains region is Cluck's Cabin. Nestled in a quiet aviation neighborhood looking out at the mountains it is the perfect place for our family to relax, spend quality time together, ski and close enough to Conway to shop! We were pleasantly surprised to see the owners have remodeled a bit with new carpeting, tiled floors and also a nice new mattress in the room my daughter stayed in! The cabin was spotless clean upon arrival and the owners are quickly available for anything that may be needed including great directions to nearby King Pine, our favorite family place to ski. We went up for my son's 16th birthday and were greeted by the owners who later sent over a homemade breakfast bread and then homemade birthday cake and ice cream! We spent the first part of our vacation taking walks around the neighborhood (beautiful views), playing in the snow making a snowman and having a friendly-family snowball fight. Evenings were spent watching the large screen TV in the living room area or playing cards and just enjoying family time together. Also the children love the super fast internet so they could stay in touch with their friends back home! We shopped a few times in local Conway at Settler's Green Outlets and also the LL Bean outlet (our favorite). Lastly we enjoyed a few days of skiing at King Pine a wonderful close-by family ski area, our favorite! This cabin is also located close to many other ski areas such as Bretton Woods. We will be returning in February for sure!" - Rachel C., Somerset, MA, 01/09/2014 (inquire/book) "We found Cluck's Cabin to be awesome. It had everything we have at home. On site laundry was a definite plus as we were there a month. The mountain view was fabulous. Very quiet yet close to Rt 16 which will take you north or south. A comfortable place to be." - Lorraine D., 10/12/2013 (inquire/book) "1. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. 2. Excellent customer service. 3. Would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative. 4. There were plenty of activities and restaurants of which my family and I truly enjoyed, too many to list. You will find several things to do and many good restaurants when you get there. You will enjoy your vacation at Cluck's Cabin." - Anonymous, 10/12/2013 (inquire/book) "The nicest property i have ever rented online by far. And at a very reasonable rate. Extremely clean and cozy. The sun porch is lovely and when you go outside in the morning, the only thing you hear are birds chirping. The picture windows afford a spectacular view of the mountains. My kids are already looking forward to coming here again, and so are my husband and I. Highly recommended." - Shannon M., 10/09/2013 (inquire/book) "The property is kept in excellent condition and the property owners are very easy to transact with. They put a great deal of love into their business and it shows!!" - Anonymous, 10/09/2013 (inquire/book) "We loved the cabin. It had everything we needed and then some. Wonderful to have wifi, a washer and dryer on property. The television was a good size. The central air was a bonus as we had a few over 90 days. Highly recommend Cluck's cabin." - Lorraine D., 09/04/2013 (inquire/book) "Our family stayed at Cluck's Cabin for our winter February vacation. Absolutely stunning mountain view from the cabin's two picture windows that I could not get enough of the entire time we were there. Oh, and did I mention - spotless! We take 5 family vacations a year and rent condos, homes or utilize hotels and I can honestly say this was the cleanest place we have been! The first day there was bitter cold topping at a chilly 15 degrees, but that did not deter me and two of my children from walking about the property in the snow taking pictures and sledding down the large snow drift next to the driveway! The wireless internet is a must when you have four children and it was fast perfect for all the children when relaxing at night and connecting with their friends back home. The cabin is very quaint and comfortable and the owners are quick to respond to any questions or needs. We spent four of our days downhill skiing, tubing and cross country skiing at the local King Pine Resort. Loved it!! Very close to the cabin, easy to get to and family oriented. My oldest son stated \" - Rachel C., Somerset, MA, 03/16/2013 (inquire/book) "The house is wonderful! Much much better than it looks in the pictures. It's large, clean and has most of stuffs you might need for couple days stay. We stayed for the new year weekend and went to wild cat and attitash for skiing. The ski resorts are both 1 hour drive which is not far at all ,plus the view on the road is just lovely. The owners are extremely helpful, they even sent an email for direction since GPS apparently cannot show correct direction after we got off the highway. They are easy to contact and very friendly. Definitely recommend!!" - I-Yun C., 01/31/2013 (inquire/book) "My wife and I rented Cluck's Cabin in West Ossipee, NH so we could be with our daughter over Christmas. We live in PA. She is at the Lakeview Neurorehabilitation Center in Effingham, NH, which is close by West Ossipee. We loved the setting in the woods and the views of the mountains through the large picture windows. The Cabin was spacious and well equipped. We needed a roasting pan for the turkey and the owners, who live nearby, provided one in a timely fashion. Everything else we needed was already there. Jen and Tom, the owners, were as nice as they could be and were completely understanding about the problems which might arise with our special needs daughter, Casey. We highly recommend Cluck's Cabin. Sam and Julie" - Samuel C., 01/25/2013 (inquire/book) "Excellent stay at Cluck's Cabin in Ossipee, NH (West Ossipee) between July and August of 2012. Cabin is spacious, clean and comfortable. Situated on the edge of a unique, private aviation community. Large yard with paved driveway. Quiet and private setting with mountain view from porch and sitting room. Saw wild turkeys several mornings. Wild blueberries grow on rear boundary of property; had them every morning with breakfast. They grow around the neighborhood, too, which is safe and great for walking routines, short or long. And, if you search a little, you will find some wild rasberries, like I did. Just a few minutes off Route 16, close access to all points west, north and south. Close to Conway/North Conway and also the great White Mountains. Very close nearby are the Sandwich and Ossipee Mountain ranges, with mostly moderate hikes, of differing distances, suitable for families in many cases---quite a variety. Some very interesting geological history and formations. I highly recommend Turtleback Mountain, for a very interesting geological look-see, and just a nice place to have lunch near the top of a small mountain. The Owners are very accomodating, and want you to have a nice stay. When I have the time, I would like to go back--hopefully this summer or fall. BILL HARDMAN" - Bill H., 12/28/2012 (inquire/book) "We spent the weekend at the \" - Chris C., 06/20/2012 (inquire/book) "You'll love your time at CLUCK's when you're looking for a great getaway with lots of options for activities! Great location for kids, and easy access to all the sites in NH. Relax and enjoy the view in this cozy well equipped home away from home! My husband and I have visited more than once at CLUCK's CABIN a provided by the owners!" - Patricia C., 04/21/2012 (inquire/book)
