Bay Leaf Villa is perfectly located in the leafy glades and wide boulevards of Windwood Bay, less than 8 miles from Disney and 5 minutes from Champions Gate and exit 58 on the I4. Windwood Bay community enjoys easy access for the parks, with walking and jogging trails to enjoy. There are nearby tennis courts, basketball courts, a tot lot and even beach volleyball.

Champions Gate is just over a mile away and has a supermarket for everyday essentials as well as several restaurants and take away stores, not to mention the first class golfing facilities.
