A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking.
The final balance is due 9 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Extra clean $135/£70.
If stay is less than 7 days than there is an additional charge for an extra clean.
Refundable security deposit of $275/£150 per week is payable with the final balance.
Payments can be made by cheque or credit card.
