Stunning holiday place with swimming pool in Denia, Costa Blanca. All bungalows are built and decorated in the typical Spanish Mediterranean Costa style. Different bungalows available for rent:
Ground floor bungalow:
With direct access to the palm garden right in front of the swimming pool & children's pool.
First floor bungalow:
Access through outside steps, with view on the swimming pool and the Montgo mountain in the back.
All bungalows have a terrace at the front, both ground floor as well as first floor bungalows (balcony terrace). Accommodation for 2 to maximum 4 people per bungalow.
One double bedroom with 2 single beds Lounge area with 2 convertible (individual) beds. Baby-bed (travel cot) available on request. (Sorry, no pets allowed in the urbanization.) Open kitchen. Bathroom with bath/wash basin/WC/bidet.
We only rent our bungalows privately (we do NOT allow agencies in between)

Tropicana Park urbanisation is situated at walking distance from the town centre of Dénia. In a closed private urbanisation, 200m from the white sand beach with laguna (La Marineta Casiana), with possibility for jet-skiing and sailing a bit further on.
Two yacht harbours close by: the Club Nautico sailing club, and a luxurious new yacht harbour with promenade and bars (La Marina de Denia).
Quiet surroundings. Two supermarkets close by (usually also open on Sundays), bakery and restaurants only 100m away from Tropicana. Relaxing promenades along famous “Las Rotas” rock beaches. Hiking walks in natural park “El Montgó” (mountain). All this at walking distance from the urbanisation.
Beautiful well maintained palm tree garden for sun bathing, with large swimming pool, including a children's pool !! The kids love it, ideal for a holiday with the children.
Washing machine, microwave, cooker, iron with iron-board, hairdryer, large fridge-freezer, TV, etc... all you need for your daily comfort available.
