This is the a great vacation beach house for those looking to be close to the water. This property is 1 block from the beach (there is only one house on the first block) see a peek of the ocean from the second floor deck. You can rent one or both units depending on the size of your family. The first floor sleeps 8 and second floor 6. We have additional air mattresses for a total of 16. The rates are better for both units together. There is a 3 season sun porch that runs the width of the house. The house is very sunny with hardwood floors, there is a very expansive floor plan with 25' living room (two queen sofas and entertainment center and is open to dining room, The first floor has one bedroom w/queen, another a king (or 2 twins) and the last 2 twins and also 2 full baths (one new 7/05 and updated in 2013); the second floor has a 2nd party kitchen, large open entertaining area, 2nd floor deck with peak of the ocean, 2 large bedrooms (one bedroom w/queen, another a king (or 2 twins) and 2 new full baths (5/06). There is a nice level yard with off street parking for at least 3 cars, we just added cac on the first floor 1/06, 2nd floor has nice ac units (one in each room, bed rooms and living room). Rates vary greatly depending on # people, # days and time of year. Please email for quote, replys usually within 10 minutes.
