Open, airy home less than 1 block to Mackle Park. Quiet street, excellent for biking and walking. 5 minute car ride, or easy 20 minute walk to South Beach. Two bedrooms have french doors opening to the lanai, third bedroom with twin beds. Lovely manicured grounds with fruit trees. New 35' long heated lap pool completed in January!
