Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Reservation policies
Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rate. The final payment has to be settled latest 45 days before the date of arrival.
•Minimum stay: 3 nights.
•Check-in: from 15:00 PM. Check-out: before 11:00 AM.
•Pool: operational from April to November, depending on weather conditions.
Amenities - mandatory
•Departure cleaning fee for a stay of less than 7 nights: 40 Euro. Payment cash upon arrival.
•Central heating fee for an operation of 5 hours/day : 20 Euro/day, available from November to April. Payment cash upon arrival.
Amenities - optional
•Air condition fee: 10 Euro/day, available from April to November. Payment cash upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
Deposit: non-refundable.
Final payment: if cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified from 45 days before arrival, 50% of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
