Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
A refundable security deposit of $300 is required and can be held by credit card or check. You will incur no extra charges unless we are billed for additional cleaning charges or there is loss or damage to the home or to fixtures or furniture or there are long distance phone calls. We will, of course, notify you of any additional charges..
BOOKING
We require a deposit equal to ½ of the rental fee at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days before occupancy. (For Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years bookings full payment is required 90 days before occupancy.)
CANCELLATION
Note: all refunds are subject to a $75.00 cancellation charge. You will receive a full refund if you cancel before the 60 or 90 day deadline, less our standard $75.00 cancellation fee. Refunds after the 60 or 90 day deadline wil be subject to the following conditions: If we successfully re-rent the time you have booked, and we make every effort in this regard, you will also receive a full refund less the usual charges as indicated above. If we are unsuccessful in re-renting your time period, you may re-book the accomodation on an imminent basis (within one month prior to your stay), using your earlier payment as credit. As an alternative, you may also choose a unit in one of our other locations on the same imminent basis. We want to be fair and want to avoid your losing your deposit if you have to cancel your trip. There will be no refunds on or after the date of arrival. Throughout the stay, if a problem exists or develops, the renter has the responsibility to advise the owner so that action can be taken as quickly as reasonably possible.
