NOT lake front, but lake access (Look at beautiful open view photos herein.) makes it affordable to rent a lake front home (eg.; Capain's Wheel, &/ Nautical Nook, or other) to house part of the froup while Water Buoy houses the overage. GREAT for holidays, weddings, births, deaths, reunions!
This vacation home has been professionally decorated to be both inviting and relaxing, as well as, contemporary and cool. A huge deck offers plenty of space for entertaining, along with propane and charcoal grills, outdoor sink and shower, firepit, huge umbrella, oodles of seating, twinkle night lights, ramp, and torchierres. The tree canopy provides a cooling shaded area.
Soon, we will be adding a hot tub and game tables.
Water Buoy is 1/2 mile from Inland Sea Marina and has an access lot with beautiful beach and main channel just down the road. Take a short walk and you'll come upon the beautiful banks of Lake Norman.
