Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms We take cashiers check, money orders, direct wire transfers or credit cards. $3,800 Refundable security deposit books the property, the balance of the rental agreement is due within 30 days upon arrival date. 11.5% Florida Tax and a $180 cleaning fee will be added to the contract.
