Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 4% Talbot County tax to all rates. $100 cleaning fee applies for partial week rentals. Peak season starts the Saturday before Memorial Day and ends the Friday after Labor Day. Shoulder season is 6 weeks on either side of peak season. Please confirm rates when booking as specific dates change each year. $75 pet fee.
