Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
All rates reflect 8 persons or fewer. Home sleeps up to 12, so add $105/week ($15/night) for each additional person over the age of 2.

We rent to responsible student groups, with a refundable $750-$1000 security deposit.

A $215 cleaning fee will be charged (more for student groups)

Half of rent is due upfront to secure the reservation. The remainder of the rent, plus 11% sales tax and a $500 (more for students) security deposit are due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 2-3 days of checkout, if the property is left in the condition in which it was found and all rental policies are followed.

All reservations during peak seasons (spring break, summer, late summer) are from Saturday (check-in) to Saturday (check-out).

Lodging Tax: 12%

** We accept PayPal for your convenience, so you can pay by credit card, with an additional 3% credit card fee.

Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM.
