Southern Dunes is a peaceful gated community located South of Orlando and Kissimmee on Highway 27, just 20 minutes from Disney. It also has a PGA championship golf course rated four star by Golf Digest and ranked in the top 100 courses in America and in the top six in Florida. In addition to the golfing facilities there is a club house, a large communal swimming pool, tennis courts and children?s play area. Outside the gated entrance and within walking distance there is a 24 hour WAL MART, bank, and fast food outlets. Many superb restaurants are also located nearby.

Our luxury four bedroom three bathroom home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your Florida vacation a time to remember. Our home is an ideal base from where to explore everything Florida has to offer, from busy days at the theme parks, shopping at the numerous malls, or just relaxing by the 26'x12' South facing private pool with spa. For golfers there is also on site, an 18 hole championship golf course and clubhouse. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with hand picked ( not package ) furniture and is fully equipped for, and can accommodate up to ten guests when using the sofa bed.
Crib / cot / highchair are also available if required.

Golf, Tennis, fishing. Southern Dunes is an ideal base from which to visit all the major attractions, approximately 20 minutes from Disney, 35-40 minutes to Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure, and about 35 minutes to Sea World. Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are around an hours drive away.
