"Beautiful, beautiful! We are moving to a home with an elevator for the next few years (elderly grandparents), but we would happily return to Sea Esta if we ever have an entire group that can run up/down the three flights. Everyone said their beds were excellent. My mid-20s sons greatly enjoyed the bachelor pad on the lower level, and the soundproofing is great - we could not hear the pool game conversations upstairs. I wish there were just a little more shade on the eastern side of the house for those of us watching kids in the pool but not wanting to be in the sun in August. Nice and clean when we moved in, thanks. I hope we did a good job in vacating, and we tipped the housekeeping staff, of course! I highly recommend "Helping Hands" also - arriving to a pre-stocked refrigerator was a blessing."
