Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms A Deposit is required of $300 (200EURO) and will be refunded to your bank account within 10 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). The apartment is managed by Sombat who will arrange the keys for you, answer any queries that you may have and make sure you are feeling comfortable. Fresh bedding will be provided once a week, and a once weekly maid service is provided in the rental price, a daily service can be arranged at an extra cost.
