This beautiful custom built Cape San Blas executive home is perfect for your family vacations at the beach. There are many custom features including, hardwood throughout the main floor, a huge entertainers kitchen, 2 living rooms, private pool, screened porch and beach views to die for. It has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and sits on one of the prettiest sections of the Cape San Blas dunes. Our home has easy access to the beach and gulf and can accommodate up to 12 people.
Sunset Reflections has two huge decks and a screened porch that look out over the gulf and an open floor plan that facilitates family or group vacationing. It faces west and gets beautiful sunsets over the gulf.
The two masters feature king size beds, tile surrounds, Jacuzzi tubs and spectacular gulf views. The third and fourth bedrooms on the second floor each have two twin beds that can be bolstered together as kings and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in each of the two living rooms. This home comes fully equipped including DSL access, TVs (6), VCRs (5), DVDs (3) and Dolby Digital Stereo to offer you and yours the vacation of a lifetime. And yes, our home is pet friendly and so are the Cape San Blas beaches.
There is loads of parking including room for boats and RVs. There is an outdoor shower and we are close to the bike path and state park entrance.
