Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Our rates are fully inclusive of tax and solar heating for the pool.
Bookings are not restricted to seven day multiples.
Rental periods of seven days or more will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
ELECTRIC POOL HEAT : Optional on request $160 per week.
DEPOSIT : A non refundable deposit of $270 per week booked is required to secure a booking.
Bookings of 6 days or less will incur a cleaning fee of $95.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : Your credit card will be pre-authorised for $600.
Payment by direct bank transfer, cheque or credit card (subject to a surcharge of 3.5%)
