Our condo is fully equipped and beautifully decorated, spacious, light and bright (SW exposure), with vaulted ceilings, mirrored walls, skylights, Casablanca ceiling fans, mirrored and top-of-the-line furniture and amenities throughout. Enjoy romantic, beautiful views of the fairway from our living room and master bedroom.

Entertain your family and guests on the formal travertine and beveled glass dining room table. It seats comfortable 6-8 guests. Or, dine on the art deco table for 4 located in the kitchen with a view of the fairway. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-ins and fully stocked with everything a gourmet cook might need: A brand new, Nov. 2011 top of the line stainless steel microwave and convection oven - a beauty!, GE Side-by-Side Refrigerator with ice maker and cold water dispenser, Professional Vita Mix Juicer and Blender, Microwave and Extra Large Dishwasher.

In the Living Room relax on our gorgeous purple ultra suede coach with a Cable TV,
Blu Ray, VCR, DVD and a complete library of 160 of the latest and classic DVD's, and listen to the relaxing sound of the Bose CD Wave Player.
2 Patios: Barbecue on the new Weber Gas BBQ or on the fairway patio, you may just relax on the chaise lounge chairs and watch the golfers tee off. Our guard-gated community at Palm Valley Country Club has all of the amenities you would expect from the best!
