Short term renters: Please inquire about our ''honor'' policy. No cleaning fee if you leave the rental in clean condition. We believe you will as it is so nice, you will want to treat it as your own home! Otherwise, there is a $75 dollar cleaning and laundry fee. Florida tax of 11% applies to all rentals.
