It is on the Ground Floor with attached washrooms and overlooking a very green, clean & well maintained park, in serene surroundings.

The apartment is provided with a telephone for local calls, port for high speed 24 hr unlimited broadband internet connectivity, 24 hr cable TV and a large overhead tank with water motor for 24 hr water supply. The apartment is tucked away in the heart of South Delhi and within 15 minutes walk of Haus Khas and Green Park markets, the many Malls of Saket, the flowing bazaar of Malviya Nagar with its numerous cafes and eateries, MBD Nehru Place, GK I and GK II markets, multi-speciality hospitals like MAX, Fortis, PSRI, AIIMS, the Deer park, Qutab Minar and a 10 minute walk to the metro station of Haus Khas.

The housekeeper cleans and dusts the apartment on alternate days and also helps remove garbage. Linen and Towel change is effected on a weekly basis.

Rental: USD 500 per week for the entire apartment, payable in full at the time of booking. No brokerage. No Hidden Charges. ( Minimum stay 1 week )

Deposit: USD 200/- ( Against breakages, damages or defacement to the property, payable at the time of occupying the apartment. The deposit is returned at the time of vacating the apartment )

Transportation: Airport pickup and drop available for a small charge

Cancellation Policy: No refund on cancellation or no show
