Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Additional information about rental rates We try to make it simple and be honest; we do not raise our rates during the times of the year that you and your family really want to be here. We charge one fair rate year-round. BUY 5 NIGHTS at $290 and we will let you STAY FOR 7. (A $580 savings for you) Example : 7 day stay = $1,450.00 (two days at no charge..A $580.00 savings.) Tax @ 8.8% = $ 123.11 Renter Insurance = $ 49.00 Total cost of one week stay = $1,522.11 There is an additional fully refundable $300 security deposit required with payment.
