Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms 50% of rental payment and an administrative fee of $30 in a form credit card are required to confirm reservations. Balance for the rental payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is due upon arrival.
Post occupancy cleaning fee of $200. 14% San Francisco Transient Occupancy Tax
Parties (defined as social gathering involving food and/or entertainment) consisting of more than 8 and less than 30 people will apply an additional $300 party charge. Larger volume of participants in a said party should be discussed with the manager, otherwise fee will be charged based on manager's discretion. Host releases owners from any liabilities incurred during the party. Host will be responsible of any damages acquired during the party. If a party is conducted without manager's knowledge, caretaker will assess scenario, evaluate how many guests participated and decide the party fee on the spot with the primary tenant or designee present.
Agreement entails 1-6 guests including children above 5 years, and if it exceeds agreed number of guests, a fee of $30/guest/night will be charged.
