Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Pool heat $125/week. Prices shown include all taxes. Cleaning charge for less than 7 nights is $120. No minimum stay. Crib/Cot and High Chair are available free of charge. Additional mid-stay cleans can be arranged if required, please ask for a price. Welcome Packs can be arranged by prior arrangement, please ask for a price. Payment can be accepted by personal cheque/check, wire transfer to our bank or by credit card via PayPal (PayPal payments will incur a 3.5% service fee)
