VILLAS AT ISLAND CLUB
As soon as you open the coded door (no keys to pick up) you will be amazed how spacious our condo is. It is furnished to a very high standard and is situated just across the street from all the resorts amenities. It is ideal for those guests wanting the benefits of a private villa with resort facilities but without those extra costs.
LOUNGE AREA
A spacious informal area well lit by a large arched window with high ceiling containing luxurious queen sleeper sofa, love seat and chair with palm leaf design set off by luxurious green palm leaf Persian rug. Centre of room set off by beautiful marble topped occasional table with similar smaller tables next to chairs. Table lamps offer subdued and relaxing lighting at night. There is an entertainment unit in contrasing black wood containing DVD player/recorder HI-FI plus Cable TV. We also have a small library of books for guests to read whilst relaxing.
DINING AREA
Located next to the Lounge Area containing beautiful marble topped dining table with 6 black leather chairs. There are 2 bar stools to the open plan kitchen and a computer with high speed internet connection along with telephone offering free calls.
KITCHEN
The well equipped kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with built in icemaker, waste disposal unit and other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware.
LAUNDRY AREA
Cleverly concealed behind louvered doors in the hall area containing washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
MASTER BEDROOM
A stunning room with a large King size bed with lovely throw over. Large walk-in wardrobe, High ceiling with fan, dressing table, rocking chair, bedside tables and lamps plus a Cable TV with VCR. There are also sliding patio doors which lead on to a large sun drenched patio area with table and chairs. Perfect for that early morning drink or al fresco dinner.
MASTER BATHROOM
Spacious Shower with vanity unit and W.C. Complete with hair dryers.
SECOND AND THIRD BEDROOMS
Queen size double with walk-in wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps and ceiling fans. Twin beds in third room again with bedside table, lamp and ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe.
MAIN BATHROOM
This compliments bedrooms 2 and 3 and contains a tub with overhead shower, vanity unt, W.C. and hair dryer.
All towels and linens are provided as well as a starter pack of laundry and dishwasher agent.

POOL AREA
There are two heated pools and hot tubs the main one being across the street where you can swim and relax in the sun or shade using the loungers and tables with shades.
LEISURE AREA
Situated right next to the main pool area there is a Tennis, volleyball and shuffleboard court for those energetically minded. Next to this is a BBQ picnic and children's play area for the tiny tots.
PARKING
Ample parking to front of property.
LOCATION
Ideally situated off Lindfields Boulevard on the 192 WEST only 4 miles from Disneyworld ideal for golf courses, supermarkets, restaurants and shops plus easy access to I-4 for Universal Studios, Seaworld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and International Drive.
