$300 refundable deposit holds dates with balance due 30 days before stay.

$125 cleaning fee and 15.7% tax applies to all stays less than 30 nights.

Additional guests beyond 4 are $15/person/nt (sleeps 8, but 6 adults max)

Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 11am. Front desk can hold luggage, provided they have space.

Garage parking in building is $35/nt + tax (every 5th night parking is free!)

Elevated rates for Seahawks weekends.
