Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms CANCELLATION POLICY: If reservation is canceled for any reason 30 days or more prior to arrival date, all monies {including tax/fees/damage deposit} will be immediately refunded in full, minus a $100 cancellation fee for administrative cost of drafting Rental Agreement, blocking booked dates, etc. Otherwise, all reservation funds {excluding damage deposit} are subject to forfeit. No refund {excluding damage deposit} is provided if the primary guest is under the posted required age, or if the reservation includes a Federal Holiday {when U.S. banks/post offices are closed}/Federal Holiday weekend. This includes check-out day. Other dates can be changed to another time if available with at least a 15 day notice. However, reservation total must be equal or greater than that being canceled. All guests are strongly encouraged to purchase insurance.
