Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
All rates are for up to 14 guests, $150 per person per week for extra guests up to 18 max.
4th of July Week.........$7,000 per week.

Lodging Tax: 11%

There is also a $500.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded day after check out if home is left in order as found).

Heat Pool: $300.00 per week.

Call for Off Season monthly rates

Check-in at 4:00 PM, Check-out at 10:00 AM.

In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request.

Deposit can be personal check, money order, or travelers check. Balance can be paid with personal check up to 30 days before check in.

A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in.
