The beach has crystal clear blue water , a sandy bottom and is also a turtle nesting sanctuary.The house is located 10 minutes from Tulum ,5 minutes from Akumal and 25 minutes from Playa Del Carmen. Secure area in a small community called Chemuyil.This is a private house not a condo or timeshare. Free pass to use the beach included. Discounted rate available for long term rental.
