Calla Lily Cove at Crescent Lakes is situated in an enviable location set amid wooded conservation areas and several lakes yet it is only 10 minutes from Highway 192 with all it's major shops, restaurants and attractions.
All of the houses on Crescent Lakes are built on really large lots with big gaps between the neighboring houses so they are not all on top of one another offering the maximum privacy and seclusion. This is quite unusual for properties in the Orlando area.
Crescent Lakes is situated adjacent to the Reedy Creek nature reserve with an abundance of wildlife in and around the area.
Our privately owned vacation rental villa in Kissimmee is brand new and was only completed in December 2005. It has a huge private pool terrace with lanai and jacuzzi spa backing onto a lake. It is a quality vacation home with lots of space for families and it is built on an over sized lot with no other houses immediately on top of you. The pool and spa back onto one of the many lakes so it is nice and private for when you just want to relax and take in the lovely sunshine whilst enjoying your Florida vacation.
Fully air-conditioned our Orlando villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it's located in the exclusive Crescent Lakes development which is built around many lakes and conservation areas.
Beautifully furnished throughout to an executive standard our Disney villa has all the amenities and facilities to ensure your stay will be very special.
Our Orlando holiday home has a Master bedroom on the 1st floor with King size bed and full en-suite facilities and a Second bedroom on the ground floor with Queen size bed and adjoining bathroom.
A further Queen size bedroom and two twin bedded rooms are also situated on the 1st floor.
A 2nd living room on the ground floor has a Queen sleeper sofa for occasional sleeping when required.
All bedrooms have Cable TV and the Family room has a 42" Plasma TV with DVD making 8 TVs in total.
The family room and breakfast nook both have patio doors leading out to the lanai and pool terrace so you can have breakfast inside looking out over the lake or outside sitting under the lanai by the pool.
There is a separate dining room to the front of the house with access to and from the fully equipped and spacious kitchen.
There is a loft/den upstairs which has a computer with Hi Speed Internet access, Cable TV, PlayStation2, sofa, cordless phone and loads of reading books.
There is a separate laundry room containing a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Hair dyers are supplied in all bathrooms and all towels and linens are provided including towels for the pool area.
There are cordless phones with a voice-mail facility.
The brilliant Games Room with an 8ft slate bed pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball and electronic darts.
The kitchen has a remote control under counter Radio/CD player.
