Tours of the island, to rain forest, snorkeling, etc. as well as rental cars can be arranged in their lobby. Historic Old San Juan is a ten minute taxi ride away or a 75 cents' bus ride. Everything is at your fingertips. A short bus/taxi ride to and from airport, Old San Juan and Isla Verde. The Condado beach is just a short block away. If your Spanish is not quite up to par, most everyone speaks some English and Spanish. Nearby conveniences: Walgreen's 24 hour pharmacy and grocery store located one block away 24 hour food shopping center (Pueblo) walking distance - Blockbuster video store located at Pueblo - Citibank ATM located half a block from the condo - Excellent hospital located 4 blocks away - Near houses of worship - Buses/Taxis across from the building will take you shopping and sightseeing or to any destination.

""Great location! Our trip was wonderful, my mom and I had a great time exploring the island and enjoying the weather and beaches too. I think our favorite was visiting the rainforest on Mothers Day, it is beautiful there! The condo was in a great central location that allowed us to walk to restaurants and bars in the area and Noel was very kind and helpful as well. We also booked a kayak tour through Marriott to the bioluminescent bay in Fajardo which was a very memorable moment for us. Although the forcast I saw mentioned rain, it turned out to be very sunny (and hot!). It did rain a little on our last day however, but we didn't mind it. I almost thought of renting a condo in the Isla Verde area at the time, and although Isla Verde is a decent area after we visited we were glad that we stayed in Condado! Thanks for your help and being so prompt with e-mails, we enjoyed our stay very much!""
