No Pets

No Smoking Indoors ($250 charge for indoor smoke removal)

Refundable damage deposit of $250 collected 21 days prior to arrival.

Cleaning Fee Non Refundable.

$65 cleaning fee, $125 Cleaning Fee for 8 day stays.

Deposit of 50% taken at time of booking if more than 21 days prior to arrival date.

Deposit of 100% due at booking if within 21 days of arrival.

Sorry no refunds for cancellations within 21 days of arrival date, for cancellations more than 21 days of arrival date a full refund less 10% cancellation fee.
