Payment: All payments must be made out into US Dollars. Check or Credit card payments via Pay Pal (verified), contact owner. PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Full payment must be received 45 days prior to arrival. Bookings less than 45 days from time of arrival payment must be made at time of booking and must be paid through Pay Pal or Western Union. All International travelers must use Pay Pal or Western union if bookings fall within 60 days of arrival.

Discounts applied for stays longer than 14 nights except during Low Season.
Holiday Season Bookings must be a Minimum of 7 nights.

Deposits:
A deposit of $200 per week to reserve the villa must be received within 7 days of booking villa plus booking form. Deposit can be paid through the Web Store.
A security deposit of $250 must be submitted with final payment. The security deposit will be returned 14 days via mail after the villa has been inspected by the management company and an inventory has been completed and found to be in the same condition as when you arrived.
Cancellation:
Cancellations Policy: Any cancellations of a booking by the client must be in writing and sent by certified mail and is subject to the following charges.
More than 45 days full refund minus deposit. 44 to 30 days 50% returned. Less than 30 days no refund.
Bookings less than 7 nights incur a $ 110 cleaning fee.
Optional pool heating of $25 per night booked. Recommended October through May.
