$200 cleaning fee applies for 6 bedroom rental, $120 cleaning fee for 4 bedroom, and $90 cleaning fee for 2 bedroom.

IMPORTANT!
In fairness to ALL our vacationers we must insist, NO PETS of any kind. Some folks have severe pet allergies and would experience extreme discomfort from pet residue.

NOTE: Anyone bringing a pet into the house or grounds will be charged for any costs incurred for professional cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing as required. Please! This is a serious issue!

Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

A refundable security deposit of $300 is required and can be held by credit card or check. You will incur no extra charges unless we are billed for additional cleaning charges or there is loss or damage to the home or to fixtures or furniture or there are long distance phone calls. We will, of course, notify you of any additional charges.
